1. Services

The Earthen Spaces offers online and in-person yoga workshops. Workshop details, schedules, pricing, and availability are shown on the relevant workshop page and may be updated. The Earthen Spaces may reschedule or cancel a workshop. If The Earthen Spaces cancels a workshop, a full refund will automatically be initiated to the original payment method. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for participant-requested cancellations and payment/capacity issues.

2. Registration and Payment

Workshop registration is confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation of an available place. By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate. Each registration is for a single participant unless otherwise specified. If payment is captured after all places have been taken and we cannot confirm a place, a full refund will automatically be initiated to the original payment method. Participant-requested cancellations and non-attendance are not eligible for a refund, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
