Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Participant cancellations

Workshop bookings are final once confirmed. Participants cannot cancel a booking through our website, and we do not offer refunds for participant-requested cancellations or non-attendance. Please review the workshop date, time, format, and other details before paying.

2. Payment received after capacity is full

If a payment is captured but we cannot confirm a place because all available places have been taken, including where payments are processed at the same time, we will automatically initiate a full refund to the original payment method. You do not need to request this refund. The payment provider and your bank determine when the refund appears.

3. If The Earthen Spaces cancels

If The Earthen Spaces cancels a workshop, we will automatically initiate a full refund to the original payment method. The payment provider and your bank determine when the refund appears.

4. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
